1. About These Terms

These Terms of Use apply to your use of probelab.io (the "Site"), operated by ProbeLab Analytics OÜ ("we," "our," or "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. No Scraping or Automated Bulk Extraction

You may not use bots, crawlers, scrapers, or other automated means to collect, copy, or extract data, metrics, charts, or other content from the Site in bulk without our prior written permission. This includes the systematic retrieval of pages, charts, or data endpoints to build a dataset, a database, or a competing service.

This does not apply to:

• Search engines and similar crawlers that index the Site and follow our robots.txt
• The download and export features that we offer on the Site, such as chart downloads and CSV exports, when used as offered
• Automated access that we have permitted in writing

Do not try to get around rate limits, access controls, or other technical measures that protect the Site.

3. Reuse of Single Charts

You may reuse a single chart or figure from the Site, for example in an article, report, talk, or social media post, if you credit us as the source: "Source: ProbeLab (probelab.io)". Where possible, link to the page that shows the chart.

Any other reuse, such as republishing our data in bulk or as a dataset, needs our prior written permission.

4. Accuracy of Data and No Warranty

The data, metrics, charts, and tools on the Site are provided "as is" and "as available" for general information only. Our measurements come from crawlers and probes in open peer-to-peer networks. They can be incomplete, delayed, or wrong, and our methods change over time.

We make no warranty, express or implied, that the Site or its data is accurate, complete, current, available, or fit for a particular purpose. Do not use the data as the only basis for investment, financial, operational, or other decisions.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProbeLab Analytics OÜ is not liable for any loss or damage that results from your use of, or reliance on, the Site or its data. This does not limit our liability for intent or gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last Updated" date.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
